Targeted Move-In and Move-Out Information
Target dates for all inbound and outbound freight have been assigned to each PACK EXPO International exhibitor for installation (move-in) and dismantlement (move-out) of display material, equipment and machinery at McCormick Place, Chicago, IL.
The floor plans are color-coded to indicate the freight-receiving target date assigned to each booth. Please note that all exhibit halls are included in this section. Adhering to your assigned target date will save you time and money and help ensure an efficient move-in for your company.
To determine your assigned target date and time, find your booth number and match the color to the key. Additional information about move-in and move-out will be available in your Exhibitor Service Manual that is scheduled to be mailed in late June.
