HOUSING INFORMATION:
How do I book a hotel room?
You can go online to book your hotel reservations or you can download a reservation form and fax it to Expovision at (703) 205-0235, or contact them at (866) 523-0877. The deadline for booking hotel reservations is August 27, 2009. After this date reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I book a block of rooms?
Yes, you can. Download this form and you will need to fax to Expovision at (703) 205-0235.
Am I registered?
You can confirm that you are registered by contacting PMMI at (703) 243-8555 or Experient’s Customer Service line at (866) 229-2386 / (301) 694-5243.
How can I register if online registration is not working?
If you are having trouble registering online and need more help, contact Experient’s Customer Service at (866) 229-2386 or (301) 694-5243. Customer Service will register you directly over the phone.
How do I cancel my registration and get my money back?
PACK EXPO maintains a No Refund Policy on “exhibits only” registration. If you have extenuating circumstances and would like to request a refund, please write to Show Registration and send it to 4350 North Fairfax Drive, Suite 600, Arlington, VA 22203.
What is the deadline for me to register for the show?
Register on or before September 24, 2009, to receive your badge(s) in the mail. After September 24, 2009, all forms will be processed but you will have to pick up your badge(s) on site at the show.
Visitor pre-registration fees are $30.00 per person and allows entry to all three shows (PACK EXPO, PROCESS EXPO and CPP EXPO). After September 24, 2009, registration fees will be $60.00 per person.
How can I become an exhibitor at PACK EXPO shows? (Qualification)

What is the cost per sq. ft. to exhibit at the show?
The non-member and press rate is $23.50 per sq. ft. and it includes drayage (material handling). Minimum booth space required is 10' x 10' or 100 square feet. Special member rates apply.
What is drayage?
Drayage is the moving of the exhibitor’s machinery, display material, etc. from off their truck at the dock to their booth and back to the dock to be loaded onto their truck when the show is over.
What is the cost per sq. ft. to exhibit at future shows?
This is determined by our Board of Directors and is known 18 months out from the show.

How can I improve my priority point standing?
Each exhibitor is given priority points based on the number of years exhibiting at the show. PACK EXPO International and PACK EXPO Las Vegas hold two separate priority standings. By exhibiting continuously you begin to move up the priority point system. If you are a exhibitor and you decide not to exhibit at the show your priority status will be penalized. What is my booth number and size?
Go to www.packexpo.com, click on Exhibitor, Scroll to Exhibitor Only, and click on Floor Plans
What are the height regulations?
Booths under 1,500 sq. ft. are allowed a maximum height of 12’ and booths 1,500 sq. ft and over are allowed a maximum height of 16’ for all display material including logos and graphics. All display material and machinery must be set back at least 1’ from all aisles.
Where do I go to get the Rules and Regulations for the show?
Go to www.packexpo.com, click on Exhibitors tab to the Exhibitor Only button, from there click on Booth Planning, and then the Rules and Regulations button.
When will I receive the Exhibitor Service Manual?
The Exhibitor Service Manual will be online in June. Please check back at www.packexpo.com, click on Exhibitors tab, and then Exhibitor Only sections, click under Booth Planning, and then Exhibitor Service Manual.
What is my target move-in date? What is my target move-out date?
Go the www.packexpo.com, click Exhibitors, Scroll to the Exhibitor Only tab, click on Booth Planning and then Move-in/Move-out information.
Can I change my target move-in date?
To change your target move-in date, please send a request to Jim Roche at jroche@packexposervices.com.
When can I register my booth personnel?
You can register your booth personnel beginning May 15.
How many complimentary booth personnel badges will we receive?
Exhibitors receive one complimentary booth personnel badge for every 75 sq. ft. of booked space or fraction thereof (i.e. 100 sq. ft. = two comp badges; 150 sq. ft. = two comp badges; and 500 sq. ft. = 7 comp badges and so forth).
What age does my child have to be to gain access to the show floor?
No one under 16 years of age is permitted on the Show Floor/Exhibit Hall, including infants in strollers and infants being carried.
Will my company receive complimentary passes for our customers? How many?
Yes, each exhibitor will receive 100 complimentary passes to be distributed to their customers. For more information please refer to the Exhibitor Success Guide, which will be mailed in June and also online.
When can I register for The Conference at PACK EXPO?
Conference registration will be available in June.

Each exhibitor will be assigned a Customer Account Manager. You will receive a letter with their contact information in late June.
